I understand that schedule changes happen, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. - Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. - No call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will no longer be able to book—no exceptions. ⏰ Late Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled and will be treated as a no-show. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for traffic or parking. 📄 Forms: Please complete any required forms prior to your appointment.
